-IMPORTANT: We follow all drivers hours regulations & so our quote for travel commencing between 21.30 and 06.30 include a 25% surcharge to cover the extra payments required by law. This does not apply to many clients as 95% travel outside these times- This surcharge will also apply to journeys where your flight is delayed and travel commences within these hours- thank you
- On occasion we will provide our SILVER SERVICE cars as a Free Upgrade. This is not guaranteed & you should always advise us in advance if more than the booked number of passengers are arriving.
We do not sell on price - although we try to be competitive -we are renowned for our quality of service- if the price is significantly lower elsewhere there is a catch- For your peace of mind we will consider a price match (If paid in Sterling in advance in the UK) to a legal supplier offering the same standard of service.

We are offering three service levels for 2008.
GOLD - Full Chauffeur Service (1-4 people) - suitable for private jet arrivals and where you need extra time - charged by the hour.
SILVER- Chauffeur Standard Transfers (1-4 people)
Great Value with a return Supplement of about 15-20 euros return over our minibus service
BRONZE- Minibus Transfers (1-8 people) or more
Great value for money - not normally shared on arrival but sometimes shared on departure.
Child seats are provided free of charge when requested in advance. (please tell us the age of your children)

Warning about "cheap transfers"
At the end of the day you get what you pay for and if something is very much cheaper than our very competitive prices then something has to give. We have worked hard to build our reputation. Sometimes lower priced transfers may make you share your journey on arrival , even with customers from different flights and a long wait at the airport or a long journey is not uncommon. Diesel has risen by 40% in 2008 alone.
Please note our policy on sharing: (Minibus Service)
Arrivals:
We do not normally ask customers to share on arrival. The only exception is if we have operational problems outside our control.
Examples are flight delays, road works, accidents, strikes, fuel shortages & adverse weather. We will ask you to share if otherwise our customers would be faced with a long wait if we dont share. The most common reason is that another party has arrived late and is already waiting when you arrive.
Departures:
We never ask you to share as a matter of course. However if we have two small parties departing from the same resort for similar departure times we may ask you to share.
If you are asked to share please dont forget that we always allow plenty of time for your journey & (unless there is a dire emergency) we never fill the vehicle to capacity, leaving you with plenty of personal space.
Unless there is a dire emergency, our luxury car (Silver) service is guaranteed to be non sharing for both arrivals and departures.
